Our Sea Moss grows in the clear ocean waters of Praslin, St. Lucia, where local farmers traditionally plant it on lines attached to sturdy wooden sticks. The seaweed develops in about six weeks thanks to sunlight, currents, and the mineral-rich water. During this period, the farmers contend with natural challenges, such as algae that attach to the seaweed due to underwater currents and strong currents that can break off fragments. This is part of the wild growth of true Caribbean Sea Moss and makes every harvest unique.

Seamoss can be used in a variety of ways. Mix it into smoothies, juices, teas, or hot dishes, or spread a small amount on something light like a cracker. It's easy to add to your daily routine, in whatever way feels most natural to you.
