Return Policy – Everest Bro's

At Everest Bro's we stand for purity, quality and honesty. Are you not satisfied? Then you can return your order under the following conditions.
1. Right of withdrawal (return period)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you then have another 14 days to return the product.
Please note: for reasons of hygiene and product safety, we only accept unopened and sealed products for return. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal expires.
2. Conditions for returns
- The product must be returned unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The seal must not be broken
- Return costs are at your own expense
- Include the original packing slip with your return shipment or clearly state the order number inside the packaging.
3. Refund
After correct receipt of the return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 7 working days via the same payment method you used to pay.
The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the order is returned in full and if the right of withdrawal has been met.
4. Damaged products
Was your product delivered damaged?
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately
- Please send this within 14 days of delivery to info@everestbros.com
- Keep the product available for inspection or return
- We carefully examine the situation and offer a suitable solution
5. Missing or lost packages
If your package is lost during transport, we will start an investigation with the carrier.
- Refund or re-delivery will only take place after completion of the investigation
- This usually takes 14 working days , depending on the carrier
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
6. Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is returned because it was not collected or delivery was refused, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred .
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for correctly and completely filling in the address details when placing the order.
- Any additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
- Please check your details carefully before ordering.
