The search for pure Sea Moss
It started with one question: where can you find truly pure sea moss ? I decided not to investigate remotely, but to go myself . After 35 hours of travel , countless trips across the island, and conversations with twelve local farmers, I discovered a small community of fourteen women on Praslin who plant, harvest, and dry sea moss in the open ocean using traditional methods.
That's where I found what I was looking for. No mass production , no middlemen , just craftsmanship and honest work . This is where our Sea Moss comes from. Transparent , sustainable , and handcrafted at every step.
A journey full of obstacles
The search for real sea moss was anything but easy. From Amsterdam, I embarked on a 35-hour journey to Saint Lucia, followed by long drives through mountains, villages, and rugged coastlines. Only then did the real adventure begin.

In Saint Lucia, I worked with local farmers who still cultivate sea moss using traditional methods. I visited the remote coastal areas where it is planted, cared for, and harvested daily in clean ocean waters . The conditions were intense, but that alone revealed how authentic and pure this process is.
Amidst the farmers, the currents, and the heat, I found what I'd been searching for for months: genuine, unprocessed sea moss , straight from nature, without industrial intervention. No fast-track methods, no mass-market approach. Only craftsmanship, experience, and respect for the ecosystem.
At that moment, it became clear what Everest Bro's should represent: transparency, purity, and provenance . Quality starts here, with the people who grow it with their own hands. This is the source we bring to the Netherlands, and that's what sets our Sea Moss apart.
