1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Everest Bro's. By placing an order via our webshop, you declare to agree to these conditions.


2. Product information

Everest Bro's sells natural Shilajit and related products. Our products are food supplements and not medicines . If in doubt, always consult your doctor. Results will vary from person to person.


3. Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed through www.everestbros.com .
  • Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered.
  • After payment you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery and shipping costs

  • Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium via recognized carriers.
  • Shipping costs will be stated at checkout.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated).
  • Delivery times are indicative; no rights can be derived from this.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  • After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
  • Only unopened and undamaged products are eligible for return.
  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • After correct receipt, you will receive your payment back within 14 days.

6. Liability

  • Everest Bro's is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products.
  • We make no guarantees as to effects or results.
  • Use supplements as directed and if in doubt, consult a professional.

7. Personal data

  • Your data will only be used for order processing and customer contact.
  • We respect the GDPR. See our privacy statement.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, illness, delays at suppliers), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries.


9. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Mail us at info@everestbros.com. We will respond within 48 hours with an appropriate solution.


10. Applicable law

All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.


11. Subscriptions

  • Everest Bro's offers the option of automatic monthly deliveries of Shilajit through a subscription model.
  • When you take out a subscription, you give permission for automatic collection or recurring payments.
  • The subscription can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of 7 days before the next delivery.
  • Any changes to your details or termination of your subscription must be communicated by email to info@everestbros.com.
  • Discounts or extras on subscriptions are only valid as long as the subscription is active.
  • In case of misuse or payment problems, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the subscription.
