Shipping Policy – ​​Everest Bro's

At Everest Bro's we process your order with care and ship it quickly and safely within the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of Europe. Below you can read how we do that.


1. Delivery time

  • Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation with track & trace as soon as your package has been shipped.
  • We ship on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) delivery times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed.

2. Shipping costs

  • Netherlands and Belgium : free shipping
  • Other European countries : Shipping costs are calculated based on the rate of our carrier (for example PostNL, DHL or DPD). These costs are automatically displayed during checkout.
  • This way you never pay too much and you know exactly where you stand.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We ship via reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, DPD or their European network partners.
  • The choice of carrier depends on the delivery address and the type of shipment.

4. Delivery

  • Packages will be delivered to the address you specify.
  • Not at home? Then the package is usually delivered to a collection point or the neighbors.
  • You can track your package via the track & trace link in your shipping confirmation.

5. Damaged or missing package

  • Damage? Please let us know within 48 hours via info@everestbros.com and attach clear photos.
  • Lost your package? Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days (NL/BE) or 10 working days (EU). We will solve it.

6. Responsibility

  • As soon as your package has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive the track & trace. From that moment on, the delivery responsibility formally lies with the carrier, but of course we will help you with any problems.
