📝 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 250-500 mg Everest Bro's Shilajit
  • 200 ml warm (not boiling) water or almond milk
  • 1 tsp organic honey (or agave syrup)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of turmeric & black pepper (optional)

🥣 Preparation (3 easy steps)

  1. Dissolve the Shilajit completely in the warm liquid

🥣 Preparation

  • 60 g dates

Filling
  • 150 g cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 800 mg Shilajit (100 mg per slice)

🥣 Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients, press into a mold and refrigerate
  2. Blend the filling until smooth and pour over the base
  3. Let it set in the freezer for at least 4 hours, cut into 8 pieces
