- 250-500 mg Everest Bro's Shilajit
- 200 ml warm (not boiling) water or almond milk
- 1 tsp organic honey (or agave syrup)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of turmeric & black pepper (optional)
🥣 Preparation (3 easy steps)
- Dissolve the Shilajit completely in the warm liquid
- Add the honey and spices – stir well until everything is dissolved

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 800 mg Shilajit (100 mg per slice)
🥣 Preparation
- Mix the base ingredients, press into a mold and refrigerate
- Blend the filling until smooth and pour over the base
- Let it set in the freezer for at least 4 hours, cut into 8 pieces
